Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Mohammad AlResheidat is the founder and managing partner of the firm, which he established in Amman in 2006. He holds a PhD in Civil Law awarded with honours, and brings to the firm a rare combination of academic rigour and hands-on advocacy. Over nearly two decades, he has developed a formidable track record in dispute resolution — particularly in the engineering and construction sector — representing clients before all levels of the Jordanian judiciary and in arbitration proceedings.

He is a court-accredited arbitrator and mediator, appointed to panels in complex multi-party construction and engineering disputes. His advisory work extends to a number of public institutions and universities, where he has held senior consultancy roles on legal, governance, and regulatory matters. He has also taught civil law at the university level, bringing a structured analytical approach to every client engagement.

Dr. Ghazi Abdulrahman AlResheidat is a Legal Consultant with one of the most extensive institutional track records in the firm. He holds a PhD in Private Law and served for over twenty-five years as the Director of the Legal Department at a major Jordanian public university (1987–2012), overseeing all legal affairs of the institution and providing authoritative guidance on administrative, employment, regulatory, and contractual matters.

His post-academic career spans a wide spectrum of practice before Jordanian courts, encompassing administrative law, civil and commercial litigation, and criminal defence. This breadth — unusual in a practitioner — gives Dr. Ghazi a distinctively holistic perspective when advising clients whose matters touch on multiple areas of law simultaneously. He brings measured judgement and a deep familiarity with the operation of Jordanian public institutions, which is invaluable for clients in sectors with significant regulatory exposure.

Zaid Mamdouh AlResheidat is a Senior Associate and the firm's lead practitioner for cross-border and bilingual matters. He is admitted to practice in Jordan, England & Wales, and Ireland — a combination that positions him uniquely to advise clients with international interests or counterparties. He holds degrees from the University of Edinburgh and the University of Jordan, grounding his practice in both common law and civil law traditions.

Zaid specialises in bilingual contract drafting and review (Arabic and English), corporate compliance, and cross-border advisory. He assists international clients entering the Jordanian market and domestic clients with cross-border transactions or regulatory requirements. His drafting work is known for clarity, precision, and an understanding of how documents will be read by both Arab and international counterparties. He also supports the firm's arbitration practice, particularly on matters involving English-language procedures or rules.

Mohammad Mousa AlShaar is a Senior Associate focusing on litigation, contract drafting, and debt collection. A Jordan-qualified lawyer, he has built extensive experience across private practice in the handling of complex civil and commercial disputes, with particular strength in execution procedures and debt recovery mandates.

Mohammad handles a high volume of contested and uncontested matters before the Jordanian courts and is known for his practical, results-driven approach. His contract drafting work covers a range of commercial agreements for corporate and individual clients, and he has developed a particular expertise in negotiating amicable settlements that preserve commercial relationships while protecting clients' legal positions. He is a central member of the team's day-to-day litigation function.

Sultan AlQaisi is a Trainee Lawyer at AlResheidat, completing his professional qualification under the supervision of the firm's senior practitioners. He assists across the firm's litigation and research functions — conducting legal research, preparing procedural filings, and supporting client communication.

Sultan brings a strong academic grounding in Jordanian law and a diligent approach to all tasks. His time at the firm exposes him to a broad range of practice areas, from civil litigation and arbitration to contract work and compliance, equipping him with a comprehensive foundation for his legal career.
